HOW TO BOOK YOUR TRIP
Sailex bookings can be made for one or more of the advertised events by clicking the “2025 Sailex Booking Form” link below. This is a Google form and will only show the events that have berths available, should a sailex become fully booked there is an option to add your name to a waiting list for contact should a member have to withdraw from a fully booked event. NON Members of TOG are welcome to sign up to any of these trips but will be required to join the group as a new member at an additional cost of £20.00 for the first full year. Annual membership fees are currently £15 when paid by standing order. Following acceptance of the booking TOG will invoice the applicant for the initial booking deposit and set a date for final payment of the Sailex berth fee. Note:- your accepted booking commits you to full payment of the sailex, unless the sailex is cancelled by TOG (see booking conditions under the “Members / Forms” tab of this web site), or the berth is filled by another member of the group. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover your committed costs. TOG offer these events at the negotiated discounted cost to the group and failure to honour the final payment results in the wider membership picking up the costs from our reserves. Please understand this commitment.
Our planned 2026 Sailing Programme has been delayed this year, but we have now established a full programme and I’m pleased to say this has been very well supported by TOG members. Unfortunately more UK yacht charterers have stopped trading and sold their yachts in the West Country and Scotland. Finding suitable yachts to charter in UK waters is becoming more challenging making early commitments a requirement for future years.
