Membership
Newcomers are welcome. No previous sailing experience is needed. New members are required to be proposed and seconded by other club members and a full years subscription is £20 or £15 by direct debit.

Training events 2012
The Trent Offshore Group organises a wide range of sail related training opportunities and as we are a non-profit making group these courses offer excellent value for your money. Some of the available courses and relevant contacts are listed below:

NEXT MARINE RADIO VHF/DSC COURSE
Saturday 25th February 2012
Successful completion of this course awards students with their RYA, MCA Short Range Certificate of Competence, which is a legal requirement for anyone who wishes to operate a VHF radio either at sea, or on inland waterways within the UK & Internationally.

NEXT RYA FIRST AID TRAINING COURSE
We are running a one day RYA First Aid training event on Saturday 25th June 2011. A potential life saving course, and a requirement for RYA Yachtmaster Coastal and RYA Yachtmaster Offshore Certificate of Competence holders.
